Demo Dudes ("we", "us") is a demolition and junk removal contractor based in Knoxville, Tennessee. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us or use this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what we need to give you an estimate and do the job, and we do not sell your information.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us. When you call, text, email or fill out our estimate form, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, the project address and details about the work you want done.
- Project records. We may keep notes, measurements and photos of the job site so we can quote accurately and document our work.
- Website basics. This website does not set cookies and does not run advertising or analytics trackers. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability.

Calls and text messages
If you call or text us, we will use your number to reply about your project. We do not enroll you in marketing text lists. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You can ask us to stop texting you at any time by replying STOP.
What we share
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (for example our website host, form provider or payment processor), when required by law, or with your permission. Those providers may only use your information to provide their service to us.
Third-party services
Our estimate form is provided by Google Forms, and this site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Links to outside services such as Facebook are governed by those services' own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
Job site photos
We sometimes photograph completed work for our records and portfolio. Photos we publish show the work itself and do not include your name, address or other identifying details without your permission.
How long we keep information
We keep project and contact records only as long as needed for the purposes above, and for the periods required by tax and business record laws, then delete them.
Your choices

- You can ask us to correct or delete your information, and we will unless we are legally required to keep it
- You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time
Children
Our services and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
